Follow this Recipe for a delicious Mushroom and Mustard Cream Sauce.
Ingredients:
8 oz of white mushrooms sliced (you can also use different mushroom varieties)
1 shallot
2 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of thyme
2 tablespoons of butter
olive oil
1 cup of chicken stock
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon of whole grain mustard
salt and fresh black pepper to taste
