-1/2 cup sweet almond milk
-Splash of sugar free maple syrup
-Pumpkin Pie Spice
-1/4 cup pumpkin puree
-Sugar-free cheesecake Jell-O
-Walnuts or pecans

Pumpkin Pasta
-12 ounces shellbow pasta
-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1 tablespoon fresh thyme
-1 cup pumpkin puree
-1/2 cup marinara sauce
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
