Easy & Delicious – Baked Hasselback Pear in Puff Pastry

Follow this recipe to make this delicious Baked Pear with Burrata and a Butter, Brown Sugar and Whisky Sauce.

2 pears (Bosc, D’Anjou or Barlett)
1 Sheet of Puff Pastry
1 Egg

3 tablespoons of Butter
2-3 tablespoons of Brown sugar
2 sprigs of Thyme
1/4 cup of Whisky

Burrata Cheese to Serve.
