CHICKEN ROULADE – with Shiitake Mushrooms, Sage and Prosciutto

Follow this recipe for a Delicious Chicken Roulade with Shiitake Mushrooms, Sage, Prosciutto ans a creamy shiitake mushroom sauce.

2 skinless and boneless, chicken breasts
3/4 pound of shiitake mushrooms (for the roulade and sauce)
1 yellow onion
4-5 garlic cloves
Sage (for stuffing and fried for garnish)
Prosciutto slices
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon of butter
olive oil

3/4 – 1 cup of chicken stock
1 1/2 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste.
